By consenting to receive SMS messages from a business using the Milomar platform, you agree to receive service-related messages, including appointment updates, technician arrival notifications, feedback requests, and billing notifications.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

For help, reply HELP or contact the business directly.

Milomar sends messages on behalf of the business you are interacting with and does not use SMS for unsolicited marketing.

Software Use

The contractor App is provided as a business management software platform for contractor and service businesses. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.

The Contractor App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Milomar, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operaion of the software.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extend permitted by law, Milomar, LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the software.
