Milomar, LLC provides software applications that enable businesses to manage operations and communicate with their customers. This includes optional SMS/text message notifications used by businesses to send service-related updates.

SMS Notifications

Businesses using Milomar software may enable SMS notifications to communicate with their customers. Messages are sent on behalf of the business you are interacting with and will clearly identify that business.

These messages may include:

• Technician “on the way” or arrival notifications

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Feedback requests after service

• Billing or invoice notifications

Consent to Receive Messages

Milomar, LLC does not directly collect consent from end customers.

Each business using the software is responsible for obtaining customer consent before enabling SMS notifications within the application.

Customers must provide express consent to the business before receiving SMS messages. Customers will only receive messages after opting in through the business providing the service.

Message Details

• Message frequency may vary depending on service activity

• Message and data rates may apply

Opt-Out Instructions

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Privacy & Data Use

Milomar, LLC:

• Does not sell personal information

• Does not share SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes

• Uses customer information only to support service-related communication and software functionality
